Pamela Davis is the founder and CEO of Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. (ACRG). Since 1995, she has assisted thousands of health care providers in recovering millions of dollars from unpaid, underpaid and unfiled closed Workers' Compensation claims. Under her direction, Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. has grown to be the largest service provider of its kind in the nation.

As a claims recovery expert, Davis is invited to speak at seminars and Continuing Educational programs across the country, including the American Academy at Texas Tech University and both the Illinois and California Chiropractic Associations. Her extensive experience in insurance and cost containment spans more than 20 years. Mrs. Nina Idris joined Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. in 2003. Nina has a Bachelor Science degree in Telecommunication engineering. She has been a great part of the success and growth of Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc.

Ashley Young has spent the last five years working in medical billing specializing in the collection and recovery of Government, Commercial and Workers' Compensation claims that have been denied or paid incorrectly on behalf of various medical providers.

She first began as an EOB Reviewer where she processed workers' comp claims for several Chiropractic and Physical Therapy practices.

Exploring other aspects of medical billing she was introduced to 4 other medical software programs, working with different physician specialties including surgeons to conduct their billing from start to finish.

Ashley rejoined a growing Advantage and was soon promoted to EOB Department Team Lead. She has now been promoted to Cooperate Office Floor Supervisor. Bringing a positive and uplifting attitude as well as motivational leadership style.

Matt Jackson comes with vast experience in building relationships in the business to business world. Coming from commercial electricity sales in a market of competition and flooded with providers. He had to learn to build those relationships and show the value in his product. Also had the role of leading and training teams of new hires to drive them to success. Other hobbies include bass fishing, playing golf and exploring nature with his wife and daughter. He is now looking forward to meeting and growing relationships with the many providers across the country to help better their practice.
