Pamela Davis is the founder and CEO of Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. (ACRG). Since 1995, she has assisted thousands of health care providers in recovering millions of dollars from unpaid, underpaid and unfiled closed Workers' Compensation claims. Under her direction, Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. has grown to be the largest service provider of its kind in the nation.

Her extensive experience in insurance and cost containment spans more than 20 years. Prior to taking up his leadership role at Advantage, Richard was an electrical engineer and attended CLA. In additional to his company duties, Richard is a member of the Board of Directors for the California Chiropractic Association and enjoys volunteering for numerous community and church-related projects and functions.

Mrs. Tina Yeshigeta joined Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. in 2001. Tina has a Master's degree in Psychology. She has more than 19 years of experience in Management, of which she utilizes to direct the operations of Advantage Claims Recovery Group. During the past nine years she has played a great role in the growth of Advantage Claims Recovery Group, Inc. as senior management staff.

Michael D. Pete, Sr. began his journey with ACRG, Inc. in 2003, traveling throughout Texas with a passion for helping doctors. Later, under the leadership of Richard Davis, he set out to expand ACRG into California, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.

The foundation of his success comes from building relationships, sales strategy development for new markets, and revealing potential revenue to medical providers of Workers' Comp.
