Protecting the privacy of you and your patients is very important to ACRG, Inc.  This notice details what information is collected and how it is used. 

Please be assured we do not and will not sell or otherwise share any public or nonpublic personal or business information concerning you or your patients.   We value your trust and handle all information obtained from your files in the utmost confidential manner possible.  Information obtained from your records will be used for collection purposes only.  We treat all information in ordinance with the HIPPA guidelines.

What Information We Collect and From Whom We Collect It

We collect nonpublic personal information for billing and collection purposes only

Only required information for billing and collection is retained by ACRG

“Non public personal information” is nonpublic information about your patients that we obtain in connection with providing collection related services for your practice. 

What information We Disclose and to Whom We Disclose It

We do not disclose any public or nonpublic information about you or any of your patients to either our “affiliates” or non-affiliates except as required by law.  We may disclose the nonpublic personal information we collect as described above, to persons or companies that perform services on our behalf. 

Our Security Procedures

We restrict access to your nonpublic information and allow only disclosures to persons and companies as required law for collection purposes only.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic information.  All persons employed by ACRG, Inc. have signed confidentiality agreements on file.
